Add apricot preserves to a small saucepan.
Add Dijon mustard.
Stir well. Turn heat to medium and keep stirring.
In between stirring, chop green onions and set aside.
When sauce is thickened with a blended caramel color, remove from heat.
Place pork on broiler pan.
Baste pork with a layer of sauce. Only use about half your sauce.
Broil pork for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and flip pork chops.
Baste the flipped side of your pork with remaining sauce. Return pork to the oven and broil for an additional 5-7 minutes until sauce starts to brown.
Remove from oven and transfer pork to a separate plate. Garnish with green onions. Serve and enjoy!
