Add apricot preserves to a small saucepan.

Add Dijon mustard.

Stir well. Turn heat to medium and keep stirring.

In between stirring, chop green onions and set aside.

When sauce is thickened with a blended caramel color, remove from heat.

Place pork on broiler pan.

Baste pork with a layer of sauce. Only use about half your sauce.

Broil pork for 5 minutes.

Remove from oven and flip pork chops.

Baste the flipped side of your pork with remaining sauce. Return pork to the oven and broil for an additional 5-7 minutes until sauce starts to brown.

Remove from oven and transfer pork to a separate plate. Garnish with green onions. Serve and enjoy!
